Worship

What is worship? Is it just what happens for an hour on Sunday? Is it raising your hands and singing?
Worship is a lifestyle. Worship is full on commitment. Worship is a life full of surrender.
Worship is one of the most misunderstood words in the Church today. So many see it as the music or something that we do only in church. What do you fill your day with? Is it meetings, presentations, children, family, TV, computer? More importantly, what do you fill your mind with? Thoughts of upcoming events, stress about unfinished work, the latest but maybe not the greatest sitcom or movie, what you're having for dinner, God? I think that if you take an honest look at what you are filling your schedule and your mind with, you will have a good idea about who or what you are worshipping.
